Abschließend hoffe ich- und in zahlreichen Parlamenten gibt es einen Ältestenrat, einen Seniorenrat oder einen Rat der Fraktionsvorsitzenden oder wie sie auch immer heißen mögen-, daß wir nach der Abstimmung am kommenden Donnerstag zu einem besseren Krisenmanagement finden und Sie zusammen mit dem Parlamentspräsidenten und der Konferenz der Präsidenten Vereinbarungen über eine sorgfältige Vorbereitung der Wahlen treffen und somit auch in dieses letzte Halbjahr erhobenen Hauptes treten können. Das, Herr Präsident, sei Ihnen meinerseits und seitens meiner Fraktion wirklich vergönnt.

Finally, I hope- and in many parliaments there is a group of elder statesmen or party chairmen or whatever they may be called- that after the vote on Thursday, we can find a better way of managing crises and that you will reach agreement with Parliament 's President and the Conference of Presidents on how we can ensure that we have a good run-up to the elections, and that you yourself can enter your last six months with your head held high, because that is what I and my group would very much like to see.

Eine Satzungsänderung sollte dann auf einer AVV am 28.04.2010 stattfinden. Aufgrund von Unstimmigkeiten hat der StuRa in seiner Sitzung vom 3.11.2010 die Wahl für ungültig erklärt und die Abhaltung von Neuwahlen - parallel zu den Uniwahlen - im Jahr 2011 verkündet. Der Beschluss wurde durch den damaligen Ältestenrat bestätigt.

An amendment to the Constitution should then take place on a GCU on April 28, 2010. Because of disagreements, the StuRa has declared the election null and void in its meeting the 3.11.2010 and announced the holding of new elections - parallel to the University elections – in 2011. The decision was confirmed by the former Council of elders.
