Jede derartige öffentliche Bekanntmachung muss in gutem Glauben zwischen den Vertragsparteien vereinbart werden.

Any such public announcement shall be agreed upon in good faith between the Parties.

Kann die Anschrift des Empfängers nicht festgestellt werden oder war eine Zustellung gemäß Artikel 48 Absatz 1 auch nach einem zweiten Versuch des Amtes nicht möglich, so wird die Zustellung durch eine öffentliche Bekanntmachung bewirkt.

If the address of the addressee cannot be established, or if notification in accordance with Article 48(1) has proved to be impossible even after a second attempt by the Office, notification shall be effected by public notice.
