Abbremszeit

Verfahren zur Ansteuerung nach einem oder mehreren Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anfahrzeit (Ta) in Abhängigkeit der Teigkonsistenz für einen langsamen Druckaufbau in der Förderkammer (12) der Teigteilmaschine relativ lang (0 bis 360 Sek) gewählt werden kann oder nach einer kurzen Arbeitstaktzeit (Tt) (0,1 bis 10 Sek) eine lange Abbremszeit (Tb) (0-360 Sek) folgt, der sich eine Stillstandzeit (Ts), deren Dauer in Abhängigkeit der von (Ta,Tt und Tb) verbrauchten Zeit bis zum nächsten von den Startschalter (25) gegebenen Startimpuls reicht, anschliesst (vergl. Diagramm 1).

Der sich aus der Bremsverzögerung a ergebende Bremsweg während der Abbremszeit t entspricht dem Drehwinkel, welchen die Hauptwelle 3 bis zum Erreichen der Ausgleichswinkellage zurücklegt.

The braking travel during the retardation time t.sub.B, which arises out of the deceleration a.sub.2, corresponds to the rotary angle that the main shaft 3 covers until it reaches the required balancing position.
