Abdeckrost (30) für eine Entwässerungsrinne, der einen ersten und einen zweiten randseitigen Auflageabschnitt (105, 106) aufweist, die in Längsrichtung der Entwässerungsrinne durch Stege (107) verbunden sind, welche quer zur Längsrichtung der Entwässerungsrinne verlaufen und zur Bildung von Einlaufschlitzen (109) voneinander beabstandet sind, wobei die Stege (107) durch Brückenabschnitte (111) miteinander verbunden sind, so daß jeweils zwei Stege (107) mindestens zwei Teil-Einlaufschlitze bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brückenabschnitte (111) derart außermittig und abwechselnd zum ersten und zweiten Auflageabschnitt (105, 106) verschoben angebracht sind, daß die von jeweils zwei Stegen (107) gebildeten Teil-Einlaufschlitze ungleich lang und in Längsrichtung des Abdeckrostes (30) gesehen längere und kürzere Teil-Einlaufschlitze abwechselnd angeordnet sind, und daß auf der begeh- und überfahrbaren Oberfläche (103) des Abdeckrostes (30) nach oben vorstehende Noppen (118) so angeordnet sind, daß der innere Noppenteil in einem Übergangsbereich von zumindest einem Brückenabschnitt (111) angeordnet ist und der andere Noppenteil gerade nicht den Übergangsbereich überlappt.
