Abenteuergeschichte

Neben Prosa hat Carroll auch eine große Zahl von Gedichten verfasst, die in mehreren Bänden veröffentlicht wurden. Eines seiner bekannteren Gedichte ist Jabberwocky - im Deutschen Der Zipferlake - aus dem Buch Alice hinter den Spiegeln. Hier erzählt Carroll mit zahlreichen Nonsense-Wörtern eine dramatische Abenteuergeschichte.

In addition to prose, Carroll has also written a large number of poems that were published in several volumes. One of his more famous poems Jabberwocky - Germans in the Zipfer Lake - from the book Alice Through the Looking Glass. Here Carroll recounts numerous nonsense words with a dramatic adventure story.
