Die Angaben zur Maschine sind jeweils genau und sorgfältig auszufüllen. Sind ausführliche Erläuterungen notwendig, ist eventuell eine Zusatzblatt zu dem Abnahmeprotokoll hinzufügen. Die Abnahmevorschriften von den Zusatzaggregaten oder Zusatzeinrichtungen, die auf dieser Maschinemontiert oder beigepackt werden, sind den Abnahmeprotokollen der Grundmaschine anzuheften. Die Abnahmepunkte sind bei JA/NEIN-Antwort bei Korrekter Durchführung mit JA zu quittieren, bei Fragen nach Werten, sind diese entsprechend im jeweiligen Feld einzutragen.
