Die Parteien werden dafür sorgen, dass im Zeitraum bis zum tatsächlichen Beendigungszeitpunkt die Hansaberatung, Bremen zum Abschlussprüfer („Wirtschaftsprüfer“) der Gesellschaft sowie sämtlicher Tochtergesellschaften der HIKB - sofern möglich und erforderlich – bestellt wird.

The Parties shall ensure that for the entire period up to the actual termination date of this Agreement, the services of the Bremen-based consulting Company, Hansaberatung, shall be procured for the execution of annual audits ("Auditors") of the Company and all subsidiaries of HIKB - to the extent possible and necessary.
