Verfahren zur Raumklimatisierung mittels einer Klimadecke (3) aus von der Raumdecke (2) beabstandet angeordneten Akustikplatten ( 4 ) , die aus einem luftdurchlässigen Werkstoff bestehen, der mit einer porösen Abdeckung (7) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß (a) die Akustikplatten (4) so angeordnet werden, daß zwischen der Klimadecke (3) und der Raumdecke (2) ein Hohlraum (8) ausgebildet wird, der mit dem Raum (1) durch die Klimadecke (3) strömungsverbunden und im übrigen zu dem Raum (1) hin abgedichtet ist, (b) dem Raum (1) die Zuluft (16) vollständig oder zumindest überwiegend über die Klimadecke (3) zugeführt wird, (c) der Hohlraum (8) mit temperierter Druckluft beaufschlagt und deren Druck so gewählt wird, daß durch die Akustikplatten (4) zum Raum (1) hin eine laminare Luftströmung (17) ohne eine in dem Raum (1) auftretende Zugerscheinung erzeugt wird, (d) der Werkstoff der Akustikplatte (4) und ihrer Abdeckung (7) so gewählt werden, daß der Anteil der Wärmestrahlung an dem Wärmetransport in den Raum (1) zwischen 20 und 80 % betragen, so daß ein Teil des über die Akustikplatte (4) verlaufenden Wärmetransportes in den Raum (1) als Wärmestrahlung erfolgt und (e) die Abluft (14) aus einem von der Klimadecke (3) beabstandeten und/oder gegen die von dieser ausgehenden Wärmestrahlung abgeschotteten Raumbereich (10) abgeführt wird.

A method of air-conditioning a room by means of an air-conditioning ceiling (3) comprising acoustic plates (4) spaced apart from the room ceiling (2) and made of an air-permeable material provided with a porous covering (7), characterised in that (a) the acoustic plates (4) are arranged so that a cavity (8) is formed between the air-conditioning ceiling (3) and the room ceiling (2), the cavity (8) being fluidically connected to the room (1) by the air-conditioning ceiling (3) and in other respects being sealed off from the room (1), (b) the incoming air (16) is fed into the room (1) entirely or at least predominantly via the air-conditioning ceiling (3), (c) the cavity (8) is acted upon by temperature-controlled compressed air and the pressure thereof is selected so that a laminar air flow (17) through the acoustic plates (4) and into the room (1) is generated without causing a draught in the room (1), (d) the material of the acoustic plate (4) and its covering (7) is selected so that the proportion of thermal radiation in the heat transfer into the room (1) is between 20% and 80%, with the result that some of the heat transfer into the room (1) via the acoustic plate (4) occurs as thermal radiation, and (e) the outgoing air (14) is discharged from a room region (10) spaced apart from the air-conditioning ceiling (3) and/or partitioned off from the thermal radiation issuing from the latter.
