Anlageinvestition

Als Investition in Sachanlagen gilt auch eine Anlageinvestition in Form der Übernahme eines Betriebs, der geschlossen wurde oder ohne Übernahme geschlossen worden wäre;

An investment in fixed assets undertaken in the form of the takeover of an establishment which has closed or which would have closed had it not been purchased shall also be regarded as tangible investment;

Unter Erstinvestition ist die Anlageinvestition bei der Errichtung einer neuen Betriebsstätte, bei der Erweiterung einer bestehenden Betriebsstätte oder bei der Vornahme einer grundlegenden Änderung des Produkts oder des Produktionsverfahrens einer bestehenden Betriebsstätte (durch Rationalisierung, Produktumstellung oder Modernisierung) zu verstehen.

By "initial investment" is meant an investment in fixed capital relating to the setting-up of a new establishment, the extension of an existing establishment, or the starting-up of an activity involving a fundamental change in the product or production process of an existing establishment (through rationalisation, diversification or modernisation).
