Bei diesen Massnahmen ist zu beruecksichtigen , dass systematische amtliche Untersuchungen erforderlich sind , um festzustellen , wo der Schadorganismus auftritt . Die Verschleppung des Schadorganismus im Bestand ist nicht der Hauptverbreitungsfaktor , der Schadorganismus kann auch ueber das Oberflaechenwasser und eine bestimmte Begleitflora der Familie der Nachschattengewaechse verbreitet werden ; deshalb stellt die Bewaesserung von Kartoffel- und Tomatenbestaenden mit kontaminiertem Wasser eine Ansteckungsgefahr fuer diese Bestaende dar . Der Schadorganismus kann ausserdem den Winter im Kartoffel- und Tomatendurchwuchs ueberdauern , was eine Infektionsquelle von einer Vegetationsperiode zur naechsten darstellt . Die Verschleppung des Schadorganismus erfolgt auch durch die Kontaminierung von Kartoffeln nach Beruehrung mit infizierten Kartoffeln und nach der Beruehrung mit Pflanz- , Ernte- und Befoerderungsgeraeten sowie Lagerbehaeltern , die durch vorherige Beruehrung mit befallenen Kartoffeln kontaminiert wurden .
