Kontaktbandtrockner, bestehend aus einem endlosen Förderband 1 für den Transport eines zu trocknenden Produktes, einer unterhalb des Förderbandes angeordneten unteren Heizplatte 3, einer oberhalb des Förderbandes angeordneten und als Lochplatte ausgebildeten Heizplatte 5, einer senkrecht zur Anströmrichtung eines heißen Gases 7 angeordneten Prallplatte 8 zur Umlenkung des Gases und einer Gasabsaugeinrichtung 9. Kontaktbandtrockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lochdurchmesser in der Lochplatte 1 bis 4 mm betragen.

A contact belt dryer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diameters of the holes in the perforated plate are from 1 to 4 mm.
