Die Arbeitnehmerin wird allgemeinen und speziellen Anweisungen des Arbeitgebers zur Geheimhaltung Folge leisten.

The employee will comply with the general and special instructions of the employer to maintain confidentiality.

Die Arbeitnehmerin wird nicht oder kaum geschützt und ist häufig größtenteils der Willkür des Arbeitgebers ausgesetzt.

The employee has little or no protection and in many cases is largely dependent on the discretion of the employer.

Im Zweifelsfall wird die Arbeitnehmerin eine Weisung des Arbeitgebers zur Vertraulichkeit bestimmter Tatsachen einholen.

If in doubt, the employee will seek a transfer from the employer to the confidentiality of certain facts.

c) Für den Fall, dass der/ die Arbeitnehmerin vorübergehend durch einen in seiner/ihrer Person liegenden Grund ohne sein/ihr Verschulden an der Arbeitsleistung verhindert ist (z.B. Krankheit pflegebedürftiger naher Angehöriger), entfällt der Anspruch auf Vergütung für diese Zeit.

c) In the event that the employee is temporarily prevented from working through no fault of his/her own (e.g. illness of a relative in need of care), it is not necessary to claim remuneration for this time.
