Ziel des Projekts -Das Ziel besteht darin, das neu zu errichtende Gewerbegebiet am Zuidelijke Randweg in Middelharnis durch Kälte-und Wärmespeicherung in Aquifern im Boden sowie mit Wärmepumpen zu heizen und zu kühlen. Das Gewerbegebiet besteht aus sechs Parzellen, die an eine zentrale Wärme-und Kälteerzeugungsanlage angeschlossen werden. Aufgrund des Energieungleichgewichts bei der Wärme-und Kältenachfrage (60/40%) soll mittels Road-Energy-Systemen (Röhrensysteme im Asphalt) die Wärme aus dem Asphalt genutzt werden. Der jährliche CO2-Ausstoß wird damit um 473 Tonnen gesenkt werden. -

Project purpose -The purpose is to heat and cool the new business estate on the Zuidelijke Randweg in Middelharnis by means of cold and heat storage in aquifers and heat pumps. The business estate comprises six parcels, which will be connected to a central heating and cooling plant. Given the imbalance in energy demand for heating and cooling (60/40%), road energy systems (pipes in the asphalt) will be used to draw heat from the asphalt. This should reduce CO2 emissions by 473 tonnes a year. -
