Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem vierten Anlagenteil v) die Aufbereitung zu vermarktungsfähigen Sekundärrohstoffen in maximalem Ausmaß und die Bereithaltung und Zwischenlagerung von sauberen Restrückständen bis zur Abholung durch die Verwerter durchgeführt wird, wobei durch die zweistufige Naßaufbereitung der Leichtfraktion die Kunststoffe mit Dichte leichter als 1 bzw. schwerer als 1 abgetrennt und gleichzeitig deren Heizwert infolge Verschmutzungsreduktion auf bis 30 000 kJ/kg H steigt, w) Überkorn aus dem Hydrozyklon (43) einen Induktionsabscheider zur Abtrennung aller Metalle durchläuft und der nichtmetallische Überlauf dem Bauschuttrecycling zugewiesen und der metallische Überlauf dem Metallrecycling zugewiesen wird, x) die gereinigte Schwerfraktion mittels Windsichtung Glasbruch von Steinkorn abtrennt und Nichteisenmetalle durch einen NFE-Abscheider (52) abgezogen werden y) das reine Leichfraktionsgemisch mit Separator getrocknet, feingeshreddert und das Granulat auf leichte Kunststoffe für werkstoffliches Recycling und übrige Kunststoffe und Reststörstoffe für rohstoffliches Recycling separiert wird, z) der abgepreßte Faserschlammkompost entweder zur Rottenmiete verbracht, gedämpft, umgesetzt und nach der Heißphase von Reststörstoffen feinabgesiebt und mit Rinde bis zur Ausreifungszeit versetzt wird oder aa) auf ein geeignetes K-N-P-Verhältnis bei einem Trockensubstanzgehalt von 32% - 38% Pilzzuchtsubstrat konditioniert wird, bb) nur die Mischung zwischen Faserschlammkuchen aus Feinrechengut und Faserschlammkuchen aus Feinfraktion trockener Reststoffe mindestens im Verhältnis 1:1 gewählt wird, um vorbestimmbare Grenzwerte von Gartenkompost zu unterschreiten.
