Neben diesem "normalen" Austernseitling (Pleurotus ostreatus) bieten wir auch den Taubenblauen Seitling sowie den Limonenseitling und den Rosafarbenen Seitling an. Alle diese Pleurotus-Arten lassen sich in gleicher Weise leicht auf Holz oder Stroh anbauen.

In addition to the "standard" oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) we also sell spawn for the blue, golden and pink oyster mushrooms. These other Pleurotus species can also be grown on logs or straw in the same way.
