(4) Besteht ein Liefer-, Dienstleistungs- oder Bauauftrag aus mehreren Losen, für die jeweils ein gesonderter Auftrag vergeben wird, so muss der Wert eines jeden Loses zur Ermittlung des anwendbaren Schwellenwertes berücksichtigt werden.
