Dieser Nachtrags- und Berichtigungshaushalt hat mehrere Aspekte.

There are several aspects to this Supplementary and Amending Budget.

Dadurch wurde die Verzögerung verursacht, und deshalb liegt uns dieser Nachtrags- und Berichtigungshaushalt vor, mit dessen Gewährung der Haushaltsausschuß völlig einverstanden ist.

This has led to the delay and we therefore are faced with this supplementary and amending budget which the Committee on Budgets is fully prepared to grant.

That is as much the case as regards the Supplementary and Amending Budget as it is in the Budget procedure.

Dieser Berichtigungshaushalt ist unzureichend und entspricht lediglich vorübergehenden Maßnahmen, auch wenn er der dringend notwendigen Finanzierung der Kosten der BSE-Krise Rechnung trägt, weshalb wir für ihn gestimmt haben.

This amending budget is inadequate and provides only temporary measures, although it does respond to the urgent need to finance the costs of the BSE crisis. I therefore voted in favour of it.
