Speichereinheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprü- che, in welcher "Low"- und "High"-Spannung darauf bezogen sind, ob die Spannungen in der Bitzelle als positiv oder negativ verlaufend angesehen werden, d.h. darauf bezogen, ob die Spannung Vcc an dem ersten Anschluß positiv oder negativ in Bezug zu Erde ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das zweite Mittel dazu ausgebildet ist, verschiedene Kombinationen von komplementären Eingabesignalen auf dem dritten und vierten Anschluß (d, d*) für die Betriebsarten 'falsch vergl.' und 'wahr vergl.' zu setzen.
