Bruttoinvestition

Leasingzahlungen der Berichtsperiode, ausgenommen solcher für Dienstleistungen, werden mit der Bruttoinvestition in das Leasingverhältnis verrechnet, um sowohl den Nominalbetrag als auch den nicht realisierten Finanzertrag zu reduzieren.

Lease payments relating to the period, excluding costs for services, are applied against the gross investment in the lease to reduce both the principal and the unearned finance income.

Die Nettoinvestition in ein Leasingverhältnis ist die Bruttoinvestition in ein Leasingverhältnis abgezinst mit dem Zinssatz, der dem Leasingverhältnis zugrunde liegt.

Net investment in the lease is the gross investment in the lease discounted at the interest rate implicit in the lease.
