Bei der Einstellung von Personal müssen die nationalen verantwortlichen Einstellungsbehörden all diesen Fertigkeiten und Kenntnissen Rechnung tragen und daher auf nationaler sowie internationaler Ebene interne Schulungen in Form von Kursen oder Sitzungen organisieren.
