So…. Wir befinden uns im Endspurt der Sequenzierung (42 Zyklen). Demnach wird der Lauf morgen fertig sein… dann müssen wir die Sequenzen noch extrahieren. Ich würde auch gerne dann nochmal den OLB drüber laufen lassen.. Aber das können wir dann auch noch später machen. Die Sequenzierung sah bisher normal aus. Die Clusterdichten waren eigentlich optimal. Für die Lanes 1-5 (= Pool1) werden es je ca. 150-180 Mio Reads PF werden (~220 Mio ungefiltert) die Lanes 6-8 (= Poll2) werden wohl jeweils ca. 100 Mio Reads (gefiltert) produzieren (~240 Mio ungefiltert). Wollt ihr die Daten mit oder ohne Filter? VG

So .... We are in the final sprint of the sequencing (42 cycles). Thus, the race will be ready tomorrow ... then we need to extract the sequences yet. I would also like to let it run again the OLB about it .. But we can do later on. The sequencing looked far from normal. The cluster densities were actually optimal. The lanes 1-5 (= Pool1) there are 150-180 million per Reads PF (~ 220 million unfiltered), the Lanes 6-8 (= Poll2) are probably each produce about 100 million reads (filtered) ( ~ 240 million unfiltered). Do you want the data with or without a filter? VG
