Herr Präsident, wir leben glücklicherweise in einer Zeit, in der unsere Länder kaum militärisch bedroht sind, und deshalb bietet sich uns die Möglichkeit, Abrüstung und Entspannungspolitik in Europa noch weiter zu intensivieren.
