Getrennte Bücher sollten zum einen für die Waren und Dienstleistungen vorhanden sein, in Bezug auf die ein Mitgliedstaat besondere oder ausschließliche Rechte gewährt oder das Unternehmen mit der Erbringung einer Dienstleistung von allgemeinem wirtschaftlichem Interesse betraut hat, und zum anderen für jede sonstige Ware oder Dienstleistung, in Bezug auf die das Unternehmen tätig ist.

Such separate accounts should be available in relation to, on the one hand, products and services in respect of which the Member State has granted a special or exclusive right or entrusted the undertaking with the operation of a service of general economic interest, as well as, on the other hand, for each other product or service in respect of which the undertaking is active.

( ii ) in the case of the supply of a service through commercial presence , owned or controlled by :

im Hoheitsgebiet eines Mitglieds zum Zweck der Erbringung einer Dienstleistung ;

within the territory of a Member for the purpose of supplying a service ;

b ) die zur Erbringung einer Dienstleistung weder wirtschaftlich noch technisch durchfuehrbar ersetzt werden koennen .

( b ) cannot feasibly be economically or technically substituted in order to provide a service .

"Vollkosten" die Kosten für die Erbringung einer Dienstleistung zuzüglich einer angemessenen Gebühr für Verwaltungsgemeinkosten;

"full cost" means the cost of providing service plus a reasonable charge for administrative overhead;

c) Erbringung einer Dienstleistung auf Grund einer behördlichen Anordnung oder kraft Gesetzes.

(c) the performance of services in pursuance of an order made by or in the name of a public authority or in pursuance of the law.
