Der elektronische Flaschenfüller ist mit einem sogenannten Drallkörperfüllventil ausgestattet. Danach fahren wir über einen Vollflascheninspektor zur Etikettiermaschine. Die Etikettiermaschine kann 48.000 Flaschen pro Stunde etikettieren. Anschließend gehen wir über den Einpacker zur Bepalettierung. In dieser Flaschenabfüllanlage aus dem Jahre 2006 ist der Lärm, der auf die Mitarbeiter einwirkt, mit maximal 82 dBA sehr gering.

Eine Besonderheit dieser Anlage ist, dass zwischen der Etikettiermaschine und dem Einpacker eine sogenannte Gassenführung installiert worden ist, welche Störungen im Zulauf des Einpackers verringert.
