Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wickelmaschine zum Aufwickeln einer laufenden Bahn (13) aus Papier, Folie od.dgl., mit einer bahnbreiten Tragtrommel (2), einem Tambour (5), auf dem die Bahn zu einer Rolle aufgewickelt wird, einem ersten Paar von Schwenkhebeln (3) (Primärhebel), die jeweils an ihrem einen Ende eine Gabel zur Aufnahme eines Tambourlagers aufweisen und die mit dem anderen Ende im Bereich der Tragwalzenachse derart gelagert sind, daß sich der Tambour beim Verschwenken aus einer ersten Position über der Tragwalze in Laufrichtung der Bahn um die Tragwalze herum dieser annähert und dabei eine Primärstrecke durchläuft, bis er eine zweite Position erreicht, in welcher der Tambour mit der noch unfertigen Rolle von einem zweiten Paar von Schwenkhebeln ((4) Sekundärhebeln) übernommen wird, mit einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Führungsbahn (17), die sich von der zweiten Position über eine Sekundärstrecke hinweg bis zu einer dritten Position erstreckt, mit einer Andrückvorrichtung zum Andrücken des Tambours mit der darauf entstehenden Rolle gegen die Tragwalze, mit einem dem Tambour zugeordneten Antrieb (18) (Motor und gegebenenfalls Getriebe), mit einem Schlitten (19), der Gleitbahnen zum Führen des Antriebes bei dessen Durchlaufen der Primärstrecke aufweist und der mit den Primärhebeln derart verbunden ist, daß er ebenfalls deren Schwenkbewegung ausführt, mit einer Einrichtung zum Justieren der radialen Position des Schlittens entsprechend dem jeweiligen Wickeldurchmesser (Radialjustierung).

The invention relates to a winding machine for winding a running web (13) of paper, film or the like, with a support drum (2) which has the same width as the web, a tambour (5) on which the web is wound into a roll, a first pair of pivoted levers (3) (primary levers) which each have on their one end a fork for reception of a tambour bearing and whose other ends are mounted in the region of the support roller axle in such a way that when the tambour is pivoted out of its initial position above the support roller in the direction of movement of the web around the support roller, it approaches the latter and thereby passes through a primary section, until it reaches a second position, in which the tambour with the as yet incomplete roll is taken over by a second pair of pivoted levers ((4) secondary levers), with an essentially horizontal guideway (17) extending from the second position through a secondary section up to a third position, with a pressure device for pressing the tambour with the roll being produced on it against the support roller, with a drive (18) (motor, and transmission if necessary) assigned to the tambour, with a carriage (19) which has slide ways to guide the drive as it passes through the primary section and is connected to the primary levers in such a way that it also carries out their pivoting movement and with a device for adjustment of the radial position of the carriage in accordance with the respective winding diameter (radial adjustment). The invention is characterised by the following features: (a) a connecting link guide (20) is provided for radial adjustment, with which the carriage is reset in accordance with the enlargement of the winding diameter; (b) a guide rod coupling (21) is connected between the drive and the tambour.
