Neun Monate intensiver Projektarbeit waren notwendig, um diese Vorzeigeproduktion ins Leben zu rufen: bei präziser Einstellung 25% Produktivitätssteigerung, 75%ige Reduktion der Wege, 80%ige Reduktion in der Fertigungsdurchlaufzeit.
