Gemäß Seite 2, Abschnitt 2 des Private Placement Memorandums der CROWN PREMIUM Private Equity V S.A., SICAV-FIS wird die zweite Zeichnungsperiode bis zum 14. September 2013 verlängert. Dieser Beschluss erfolgt auf Basis der Entscheidung des General Partner die zweite Zeichnungsperiode der CROWN PREMIUM Private Equity V Master Europe S.C.S., SICAF-FIS und der CROWN PREMIUM Private Equity V Master North America S.C.S., SICAF-FIS bis zum 14. September 2013 zu verlängern. Abhängig vom Verlauf des Zeichnungsprozesses kann das Final Closing auch früher stattfinden, worüber der Verwaltungsrat dann separat beschließen wird.

According to page 2, Section 2 of the Private Placement Memorandum of the Private Equity V CROWN PREMIUM SA, SICAV-FIS is the second offering period to 14 September 2013. This decision is based on the decision of the general partner of the second period of the drawing CROWN PREMIUM Private Equity V MasterCard Europe SCS, SICAF-FIS and the CROWN PREMIUM Private Equity V MasterCard North America SCS, SICAF-FIS to 14 Extend to September 2013.
