In Ziffer 11, Seite 10, betreffend die Winzer in den Berggebieten ergibt sich ein inhaltliches Problem, nämlich ein Widerspruch in der drittletzten Zeile der italienischen Fassung, in der gefordert wird, dass in Bezug auf die Kosten die Unterscheidung zwischen Anpflanzung von Rebstöcken im Flachland und in den Berggebieten nicht gilt; den Arbeiten im Ausschuss und selbstverständlich den eingereichten Änderungsanträgen zufolge sollten indes bei den Anpflanzungen von Rebstöcken im Flachland und in den Berggebieten ein Kostenvergleich mit den Rebstöcken in Hügelgebieten erfolgen.

In the Italian text there is a contradiction in the third line from the end where it says that no distinction should be made between the costs of planting vineyards in lowland areas and on mountains. In fact, the sense of the committee' s work and, obviously, the sense of the amendments which have been tabled is that the costs of planting vineyards in lowland areas and on mountains should be compared with the costs of hill vineyards.
