Sie dürfen (i) die Anwendung oder Content, der im Rahmen der Anwendung bereitgestellt oder aufgerufen wird, weder kopieren, verkaufen, weiter lizenzieren, verteilen, weitergeben, ändern, anpassen oder übersetzen noch daraus abgeleitete Produkte entwickeln, dekompilieren, zurückentwickeln, disassemblieren oder auf andere Weise versuchen, den Quellcode der Anwendung oder von Content, der im Rahmen der Anwendung bereitgestellt oder aufgerufen wird, abzuleiten, sofern dies nicht durch anderweitige Vereinbarungen gestattet ist. Außerdem (ii) dürfen Sie keine Maßnahmen ergreifen, die dazu dienen, die Regeln in Bezug auf die Sicherheit oder die Nutzung des Contents, die von einer der Funktionalitäten der Anwendung bereitgestellt, angewendet oder umgesetzt werden (einschließlich, jedoch nicht beschränkt auf Funktionen im Zusammenhang mit Digital Rights Management), zu umgehen oder außer Kraft zu setzen. Ferner sind Sie nicht berechtigt, (iii) die Anwendung zu verwenden, um unter Missachtung geltender Gesetze oder der Rechte Dritter auf Content zuzugreifen, diesen zu kopieren, zu übertragen, zu transkodieren oder weiter zu übertragen. Weiterhin sind Sie nicht berechtigt, (iv) Urheberrechtshinweise von Google oder Dritten sowie deren Markenzeichen oder sonstige Hinweise zu Eigentumsrechten, die mit der Anwendung verbunden, darin enthalten sind oder gemeinsam mit oder durch die Anwendung aufgerufen werden, zu entfernen, unkenntlich zu machen oder zu verändern. Diese Regelungen gelten auch für Dritte, die mit Ihrer Erlaubnis handeln.nn3. GOOGLE-NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN UND -DATENSCHUTZBESTIMMUNGENna. Sie stimmen der Nutzung Ihrer Daten in Übereinstimmung mit den Datenschutzbestimmungen von Google zu.nb. Die Anwendung kann Funktionen enthalten, die in Verbindung mit der Google-Suche sowie anderen Google-Diensten verwendet werden. Dementsprechend unterliegt Ihre Nutzung solcher Funktionen auch den Google-Nutzungsbedingungen unter http://www.google.com/accounts/TOS, den Google-Datenschutzbestimmungen unter http://www.google.com/intl/de/privacypolicy.html sowie allen anwendbaren Nutzungsbedingungen und Datenschutzbestimmungen der spezifischen Google-Dienste, die jederzeit von Google ohne Vorankündigung geändert werden können.nn4. US-REGIERUNG - EINGESCHRÄNKTE RECHTEnDiese Anwendung sowie dazugehörige Materialien und Dokumentationen wurden vollständig aus privaten Mitteln entwickelt. Wenn der Nutzer der Anwendung eine Behörde, ein Ministerium oder eine sonstige juristische Person der US-Regierung ist, unterliegen der Einsatz, die Vervielfältigung, die Veröffentlichung, die Änderung, die Offenlegung oder die Weitergabe der Anwendung, einschließlich technischer Daten und Handbücher, den in diesen Nutzungsbedingungen festgelegten Klauseln und Bedingungen. BEENDIGUNGnDiese Nutzungsbedingungen behalten ihre Gültigkeit, bis sie entweder von Ihnen oder von Google gemäß den im Folgenden aufgeführten Vorgehensweisen beendet werden. FLUGSICHERUNG ODER SYSTEMEN ANDERER ART KONZIPIERT, IN DENEN FEHLFUNKTIONEN DER ANWENDUNG ZU TODESFÄLLEN, VERLETZUNGEN BZW. ZU SCHWERWIEGENDEN PERSONEN- ODER UMWELTSCHÄDEN FÜHREN KÖNNEN.nn9. HAFTUNGSBEGRENZUNG nSIE BESTÄTIGEN AUSDRÜCKLICH, ZUR KENNTNIS GENOMMEN ZU HABEN UND DAMIT EINVERSTANDEN ZU SEIN, DASS GOOGLE, DESSEN TOCHTERUNTERNEHMEN UND PARTNERUNTERNEHMEN SOWIE DESSEN LIZENZGEBER NICHT FÜR DIREKTE UND INDIREKTE SCHÄDEN, NEBENSCHÄDEN, BESONDERE FOLGESCHÄDEN ODER EXEMPLARISCHE SCHÄDEN HAFTEN, DIE SICH FÜR SIE AUS DER NUTZUNG DER ANWENDUNG ERGEBEN, EINSCHLIESSLICH VON SCHÄDEN AN IHREM MOBILGERÄT ODER DEM VERLUST VON DATEN (AUCH WENN GOOGLE ODER SEINE VERTRETER VON DER MÖGLICHKEIT SOLCHER VERLUSTE UNTERRICHTET WURDEN).nn10. VERSCHIEDENESna. Diese Nutzungsbedingungen entsprechen der vollständigen Vereinbarung zwischen Ihnen und Google in Bezug auf die Anwendung und regeln Ihre Nutzung der Anwendung. Sie treten an die Stelle von Vereinbarungen, die zuvor oder gleichzeitig bezüglich der Anwendung zwischen Ihnen und Google getroffen wurden.nb.
