Ein Verfahren zum Kompensieren von Lage- und/oder Formabweichungen bei NC-gesteuerten spanabhebenden Fertigungsmaschinen weist folgende Schritte auf: a) Einspannen eines neuen Werkstücks; b) Bearbeiten des Werkstücks mit den nominalen Daten des NC-Programms; c) Erfassen der Soll-Ist- Abweichung; d) Optimierung des NC-Programms mit den Erfassungsdaten; e) Wiederholen der Iterationsschritte a) bis d) bis erforderliche Lageund/oder Formtoleranzen erreicht sind.
