Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe am 30. August 2010 eine 16 GB Micro SD Card Ihrer Firma erworben. Diese hat sich offensichtlich sobenen beim bespielen mit Daten verabschiedet. Die Karte wird leider weder im Endgerät, noch an PCs erkannt und ein formatieren ist auch nicht möglich. Bitte teilen Sie mir mit, wie ich den Garantieanspruch geltend machen kann.
