Benutzerausstattung zum Bestimmen einer Aktivierungszeit für eine Aufwärtsrichtungsverschlüsselung für einen Kommunikationskanal zwischen der Benutzerausstattung und einem Telekommunikationsnetz, wobei die Aktivierungszeit für eine Aufwärtsrichtungsverschlüsselung die Zeit, zu welcher eine neue Verschlüsselungskonfiguration zwischen der Benutzerausstattung und dem Netz implementiert werden soll, bestimmt, wobei die Ausstattung umfasst: Einen Prozessor zum Ermitteln einer Aktivierungszeit für eine Aufwärtsrichtungsverschlüsselung in Abhängigkeit von einer bestimmten Größe einer Antwortnachricht auf eine Anforderung zur Verschlüsselungsänderung, wobei die Antwortnachricht zum Senden auf einer Funkpeilung von der Benutzerausstattung zu dem Netz erfolgt und eine Aktivierungszeit für eine Aufwärtsrichtungsverschlüsselung umfasst, gekennzeichnet durch : Den Prozessor, der ausgebildet ist, um die Aktivierungszeit für eine Aufwärtsrichtungsverschlüsselung vor Senden der Antwortnachricht in Abhängigkeit von der bestimmten Größe der Antwortnachricht und der aktuellen Reihenfolgenummer der Funkpeilung sowie der anstehenden Nachrichtengröße, so dass die aktualisierte Aktivierungszeit für eine Aufwärtsrichtungsverschlüsselung, die an das Netz gesendet wird, größer ist als eine Zeit, um die Antwortnachricht an dem Netz zu empfangen, während eine Verzögerung in der Änderung auf die neue Verschlüsselungskonfiguration minimiert wird.

Aus diesem Grunde versuchen wir zurzeit einen Dienstposten für einen Mitarbeiter zu kreieren, der es diesem erlaubt sich vollzeitlich dem Thema Peilung zu widmen. Andreas Lambertz der ebenfalls über breite Erfahrung in dem Bereich der Funkpeilung verfügt ist unser Wunschkandidat um diese Position für uns wahrzunehmen. Leider waren wir mit unseren Plänen bis heute noch nicht abschließend erfolgreich und müssen noch weiter mit der vollständigen Umsetzung dieser Personalmaßnahme warten. Dies ist unter anderem dem Umstand geschuldet, dass es unserer Einheit zunehmend schwerer fällt neues und geeignetes Personal für unsere Aufgaben zu gewinnen. Andreas der ebenfalls schon langjahriges Mitglied unserer Einheit ist muss seinerseits erst einmal in seinem Bereich ersetzt werden.

Unabhängig davon werden York, Andreas und Markus im Rahmen der neuen Zuständigkeiten dafür Sorge tragen, dass die Kontinuität der fachlichen Kompetenz gewahrt bleibt. Die Treffen der EESWG finden nunmehr bereits seit X Jahren statt. Ihr Treffen hier in Berlin ist das XX seiner Art.
