Dieses Programm richtet sich an KMU und KMU-Verbände, die neue Forschungsideen voranbringen wollen, dazu aber keine eigenen Ressourcen (Personal, Gerätetechnik, …) haben. Im Rahmen des Förderprogramms werden F&E-Aktivitäten durch externe Forschungseinrichtungen durchgeführt.

This program is aimed at SMEs and SME organizations, who want to advance new research ideas, but not to their own resources (staff, equipment technology, ...) have. Ministry of Science, R & D activities are carried out by external research organizations.

Zusätzlich konnten die Risiken durch eine optimierte Gerätetechnik mit Entwicklung automatisierter Steuerungsprozesse und einer patientennahen Labordiagnostik (point-of-care-testing, POCT) weiter minimiert werden.
