Abschließend möchte ich noch anmerken, dass diese neue Gesellschaftsform kein Ersatz für die in mehreren Ländern bereits vorhandenen Gesellschaftsformen ist, sondern eine Alternative bietet, und das auch nur, wenn bestimmte Bedingungen in Bezug auf die Gründung eines solchen Unternehmens erfüllt sind.
