Daher gebührt mein Dank auch der Oberbürgermeisterin, Frau Petra Roth, und den verschiedenen Ämtern der Stadt Frankfurt-- insbesondere dem Stadtplanungsamt-- für die unermüdliche Arbeit und die großartige Unterstützung, die uns seit dem Grundstückserwerb, während des Architekturwettbewerbs, im Rahmen der Arbeit am Bebauungsplan-- der parallel zu unserer eigenen Planung entwickelt wurde-- und mit der Erteilung der Baugenehmigung im Mai 2008 zuteil wurde.

So, I would also like to express my gratitude to Lord Mayor Petra Roth and the different departments of the City of Frankfurt, especially the Urban Planning Department, for the unstinting work and support they provided from the time of the purchase of the site to the architectural competition and the urban development plan, which was developed in parallel to our own planning, and also with the issuance of the building permit in May 2008.

Ausgaben für Grundstückskauf und Baumaßnahmen, die den jeweiligen örtlichen Bedin-gungen angemessen sind. Alle Bauvorhaben finden auf dem erschlossenen Baugrund der einzelnen Institute statt. Anfallende Kosten für zusätzlichen Grundstückserwerb gibt es keine. Investitionen für Bauvorhaben sind den örtlichen Bedingungen angemessen und kostenmäßig in folgende Bauabschnitte aufgeschlüsselt:
