(7) Verschnitte und Reste, die bei der Herstellung von Materialien aus Kunststoff anfallen, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit Lebensmitteln in Berührung zu kommen, sind als für den Lebensmittelkontakt geeignet einzustufen und fallen nicht unter die vorliegende Verordnung, sofern sie nicht mit Lebensmitteln in Berührung gekommen sind oder anderweitig kontaminiert wurden und sofern sie vor Ort eingeschmolzen und zu neuen Produkten verarbeitet werden oder im Rahmen eines Qualitätskontrollsystems, das den Regeln für gute Herstellungspraxis gemäß der Verordnung (EG) Nr.
