- eine Liste der zuschussfähigen Ausgaben; dabei kommen in Frage die Errichtung, der Erwerb oder die Modernisierung unbeweglicher Vermögen, der Kauf neuer Maschinen und Anlagen, einschließlich Computersoftware (der Kauf von Gebrauchtmaterial kann als zuschussfähige Ausgabe angesehen werden, wenn die vier folgenden Bedingungen erfüllt sind: Es muss eine Erklärung des Verkäufers über den genauen Ursprung des Materials vorliegen, aus der hervorgeht, dass nicht bereits eine staatliche oder gemeinschaftliche Beihilfe gewährt wurde; der Kauf des Materials muss für das Programm oder Projekt von besonderem Vorteil und durch außergewöhnliche Umstände (wie die Nichtverfügbarkeit neuen Materials zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt) gerechtfertigt sein; die Kosten und somit auch die Höhe der Beihilfe müssen im Verhältnis zum Neukaufpreis, jedoch unter Beibehaltung eines guten Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnisses geringer sein; das Gebrauchtmaterial muss die nach Maßgabe der Projektspezifikationen notwendigen technischen und/oder technologischen Merkmale aufweisen) sowie allgemeine Aufwendungen (für Architekten- und Ingenieurleistungen und Beratungsgebühren, Durchführbarkeitsstudien, den Erwerb von Patentrechten und Lizenzen usw.) bis zu einem Höchstsatz von 12 % der beiden vorgenannten Ausgaben;

(5) Die Vergabeentscheidung enthält zumindest folgende Angaben: den Namen des Endbegünstigten und/oder der Projektpartner, die wesentlichen Projektdetails und die operativen Projektziele, den Höchstbetrag der Kofinanzierung aus dem Fonds und den Höchstsatz für die Kofinanzierung der gesamten förderfähigen Kosten.

The award decision shall indicate at least the name of the final beneficiary and/or of the partners in the project, the essential details of the project and its operational objectives, the maximum amount of co-financing from the Fund and the maximum rate of co-financing of the total eligible costs.

Übernachtungskosten werden dem Auftragnehmer in nachgewiesener Höhe (Beleggenau) ersetzt (Höchstsatz 119 Euro).

Accommodation costs will be the contractor in a proven amount (document exactly) replaced (not more than 119 euros).
