12. Küstennahes Transportsystem für Bulkfluid mit einem Basisteil (130), der ein ersten Ende (132) und ein zweites Ende (134) hat; mindestens einem an einem ersten Ende des Basisteils angeordneten Schwimmtank (136); und mindestens einem an einem zweiten Ende des Basisteils angeordneten Schwimmtank (142); wobei die Schwimmtanks während des Verbringens des Systems an eine Festmachstelle das System schwimmfähig halten und flutbar sind, damit das System am Meeresgrund (100) angeordnet werden kann; gekennzeichnet durch: zum Schwimmen auf der Meeresoberfläche geeignete Festmachbojenmittel (23) und eine Halteleine (144), die mit dem ersten Ende des Basisteils und den Festmachbojenmitteln lösbar verbunden ist; wobei die Halteleine (144) so lang ist, daß bei geflutetem mindestens einem Schwimmtank am ersten Ende des Basisteils das erste Ende sinken kann, bis die Halteleine gespannt ist und das erste Ende des Basisteils in einer vorherbestimmten Tiefe über dem Meeresgrund hält.

An offshore bulk fluid transfer system comprising; a base (130) having a first end (132) and a second end (134); at least one buoyancy tank (136) disposed at a first end of the base; at least one buoyancy tank (142) disposed at a second end of the base; said buoyancy tanks providing flotation for the system during positioning of the system at a mooring location and adapted for flooding to allow the system to be disposed on the sea floor (100); characterized by a mooring buoy means (23) adapted for floating on the sea surface; and a bridle line (144) releasably connected between the first end of the base and said mooring buoy means; said bridle line (144) being of such a length that when said at least one buoyancy tank at the first end of the base is flooded, said first end can sink until said bridle line becomes tensioned to hold the first end of said base at a predetermined depth from the sea floor.
