Hauptfilme

Zusammen mit Natasha Dack, die ich während meiner Studienzeit an der Royal College of Art Film School kennen gelernt hatte, wo wir beide ein Masterprogramm in Filmproduktion absolviert haben, habe ich Tigerlily Films im Jahre 1997 gegründet. Während ich auf die Filmschule ging, sind unsere Studentenfilme an BBC und Channel 4 verkauft worden und im Kino vor den Hauptfilmen gezeigt worden. In den letzten Jahren hat Tigerlily u.a. den mit dem Dennis-Potter-Preis gekrönten Film "First Communion Day" für BBC Films, den von der BAFTA nominierten Film "Anthrakitis" für Film Four und einige Kurzfilme, die auf Weltfestspielen preisgekrönt wurden, sowie zwei Fernsehdramen für das schottische Fernsehen herausgebracht. Wir konzentrieren uns jetzt auf die Produktion und Finanzierung unserer ersten Hauptfilme sowie auf den Aufbau einer Abteilung für Fernsehdramen.

Tigerlily Films was established in 1997 by myself and Natasha Dack whom I met whilst studying at the Royal College of Art Film School, where we did an Masters Degree in Film Production. Whilst at film school, our student films had sold to BBC and Channel 4 and were released theatrically in the UK accompanying feature films. Tigerlily's output over the past few years has included the Dennis Potter Award winning film "First Communion Day" for BBC Films, the BAFTA nominated "Anthrakitis" for Film Four, and several award winning short films on the worldwide festival circuit as well as two TV drama series for Scottish TV. We are now concentrating on developing and financing our first feature films and setting up a television drama division.
