Die _DOUBLEQUOTE_ Kosten oder der Wert _DOUBLEQUOTE_ im Sinne des Artikels 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a ) sind aufgrund von Angaben zu ermitteln , die sich auf die Herstellung der zu bewertenden Waren beziehen und vom oder fuer den Hersteller geliefert werden . Die Ermittlung ist auf die Buchhaltungskonten des Herstellers zu stuetzen , sofern diese Konten dem im Herstellungsland angewendeten allgemein anerkannten Buchfuehrungsgrundsaetzen entsprechen .

2 . The 'cost or value ' referred to in paragraph 1 ( a ) of Article 6 is to be determined on the basis of information relating to the production of the goods being valued supplied by or on behalf of the producer . It is to be based upon the commercial accounts of the producer , provided that such accounts are consistent with the generally accepted accounting principles applied in the country where the goods are produced .
