Herstellungsprozesse

Die Umsetzung Anfänglich versuchte ich durch Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schneidern erste Prototypen umzusetzen. Als Resultat aus diesen Zusammenarbeiten wuchs die Erkenntnis, dass ich selbst Bearbeitung und Schnittechnik lernen musste. Ich erlernte Nähen, setzte mich mit Schnittechnik und Stoffen auseinander und eignete mir Herstellungsprozesse an. Ich richtete eine Fertigungsstrasse ein und erstellte meine eigenen Größentabellen für Maßanfertigung und Konfektionierung.

Implementation Initially, I tried through collaboration with various cutters prototypes implemented. As a result of this collaboration grew the realization that I had to learn self-editing and cutting techniques. I learned sewing, sat apart with cutting techniques and materials, and taught myself to fabrication processes. I directed a production line and drew up my own size tables for customization and fabrication.

Das Modul vermittelt vertiefte Kenntnisse über Zusammenhänge von Aufbau, Struktur und Eigenschaften technischer Maschenstoffe. Dabei wird besonders der Einfluss der Modifizierung unterschiedlicher Herstellungsprozesse auf die Eigenschaften technischer Maschenstoffe herausgearbeitet. Unterteilt in die Blöcke Netzstrukturen, Gitterstrukturen, Abstandsgewirke, Automobiltextilien und textile Armierungsstrukturen für Faserverbundwerkstoffe werden Erzeugnisbeispiele mit Variation der Parameter Faser, Bindungs- und Verfahrenstechnik in Abhängigkeit von einsatztypischen Forderungen für technische Maschenstoffe erarbeitet. Besonders berücksichtigt werden dabei Nachhaltigkeit und Ressourcenschonung. Mittels dieser Kenntnisse werden abschließend detaillierte Produktionsberechnungen durchgeführt und unterschiedliche Produktionsvarianten kritisch gegenübergestellt. Das theoretische Wissen aus der Vorlesung wird durch Praktika im Maschenlabor vertieft.

This module provides in-depth knowledge of the relationships between composition, structure and properties of technical knitted fabrics. Particularly the influence of the modification of different manufacturing processes on the properties of technical knitted fabrics is worked out. Divided into blocks of network structures, grating structures, spacer fabrics, automotive fabrics and textile reinforcement structures for composites are examples of products developed with varying fiber parameters, bonding and chemical engineering, depending on operational requirements for typical technical knitted fabrics. Particular emphasis is placed on sustainability and resource conservation. Using this knowledge by a final detailed production calculations and compared with different types of production-critical. The theoretical knowledge from the lecture is deepened through internships in the mesh lab.

Der vorgeschlagene Standard dupliziert dagegen zahlreiche Prozesskontrollen, wie sie von der ISO9001 bereits gefordert werden. Die in Bezug auf alle Testmethoden genannte ISO17025 ist wiederum nicht anwendbar auf Herstellungsprozesse, sie ist auf Testlaboratorien und Kalibrierung gerichtet. Auf spezifischere Kritikpunkte und Anregungen kann im Workshop eingegangen werden.
