Es wurden verschiedene Torfproben aus zwei Niedermooren (Niedermoor Schlöppnerbrunnen und Greifenbachstauweiher) und zwei Hochmooren (Hochmoor Schlöppnerbrunnen und Store Mosse) bezüglich ihrer Sorptionseigenschaften und Bindungsformen von Arsen untersucht. Die Torfproben aus allen vier Mooren wurden mittels einer sequentiellen Extraktion in sieben Schritten auf die Hauptbindungspartner von As untersucht. Für das Niedermoor Schlöppnerbrunnen wurde außerdem eine Rasterbeprobung durchgeführt, bei der 49 Torfproben aus 0-10 cm auf ihre Konzentrationen an Arsen und Fe untersucht wurden.

It consists of two different peat bogs were (fen Schlöppnerbrunnen and Greifenbachstauweiher) and two bogs (bog Schlöppnerbrunnen and Store Mosse) was investigated with respect to their sorption properties and chemical forms of arsenic. The peat bogs from all four were examined by a sequential extraction in seven steps to the main binding partner of As. For fen Schlöppnerbrunnen also a grid sampling was performed at the 49 peat samples of 0-10 cm, were analyzed for their concentrations of arsenic and Fe.
