Ferner wird eine Deckschicht auf die Leiterbahn (6) und die Basis-Isolierfolie (4) so aufgebracht, dass in zumindest einem Leitungsbereich (8) des ersten flexiblen Leiterträgers (2A) die Leiterbahn (6) ganz von der Deckschicht und der Basis-Isolierfolie (4) umschlossen ist.
