Die Schweizer Jungsozialisten (JUSO) haben sich im Rechtsstreit um eine Fotomontage, auf der Novartis-Präsident Daniel Vasella nackt zu sehen ist, vor dem Aargauer Obergericht durchgesetzt. Das Obergericht hob das vom Bezirksgericht Baden AG verfügte Verbot der Montage auf.
