zu 3. da die Steigleiter ohne thermische Trennung mit den Schacht-Außenwänden verbunden ist und bei sinkenden Außen-Temperaturen durch die hohe Wärmeleitfähigkeit des Stahls (Lamda = 60 W/mK) die Wärme im Schacht schneller nach Außen transportiert, wirkt die Steigleiter wie eine Kühlrippe. Der aufsteigende Wasserdampf aus dem darunter liegenden unbeheizten Raum bewegt sich in Richtung Oberflächen mit den niedrigsten Temperaturen. Dadurch entsteht an den Stahloberflächen ebenfalls Kondensat (Eis), welches nach unten abläuft.
