Wird der im Streit befangene Gegenstand im Prozess veräußert oder abgetreten (§§ 265, 266 ZPO), so hat der Rechtsvorgänger Prozessstandschaft ft.ir den Rechtsnachfolger, wenn auch dieser dem Schiedsvertrag unterworfen ist (s.o. Kap. 7 III 2), es sei denn, der Schiedsspruch würde gegen den Rechtsnachfolger nicht wirksam sein (s. u. Kap. 21 I 2).

Im Sinne dieser Verordnung gilt als südliche Grenze des Adriatischen Meeres eine von der albanisch-griechischen Grenze zum Kap Santa Maria di Leuca gezogene Linie.

For the purposes of this Regulation, the southern limit of the Adriatic Sea shall be a line drawn between the Albanian-Greek border and Cape Santa Maria di Leuca.
