Die von mir vorgeschlagenen Calcium-Silikat-Platten als Wärmedämmung sind ebenfalls dampfoffen und besitzen eine hohe Wasserspeichermöglichkeit durch feine Kapillare. Das entstehende Kondensat an der Grenzschicht zur Betonoberfläche wird von der CaSi-Platte aufgenommen und über die Wintermonate gespeichert, bis die klimatischen Bedingungen ein Austrocknen der CaSi-Platten ermöglichen. Somit wird ablaufendes Kondensat an den Betonoberflächen vermieden.
