(1) 1Können Einkünfte, die dem Steuerabzug vom Kapitalertrag oder dem Steuerabzug auf Grund des § 50a unterliegen, nach den §§ 43b, 50g oder nach einem Abkommen zur Vermeidung der Doppelbesteuerung nicht oder nur nach einem niedrigeren Steuersatz besteuert werden, so sind die Vorschriften über die Einbehaltung, Abführung und Anmeldung der Steuer ungeachtet der §§ 43b und 50g sowie des Abkommens anzuwenden.
