Ein Operationsbesteck (10) gemäß Anspruch 17 weiterhin bestehend aus einem Bügel (26), der an das distale Ende (16) des Schafts (12) angekoppelt ist und in den das angelenkte Verbindungsgestänge (52) eingreift, wobei der besagte Bügel (26) Antirotationsmittel aufweist, um eine Drehung des besagten Kardanrings (74) zu verhindern, bis sich die besagte Schubstange (18) an der vorbestimmten Stelle befindet.
