Wir haben diese Schwierigkeit immer wieder festgestellt, unabhängig davon, wie groß unsere Ambitionen waren, und als Präsidentschaft haben wir dies mehrfach, bei mehreren Zusammenkünften angesprochen und werden dies auch in der Klausursitzung am Sonntag nochmals tun.Doch ich stehe hier, um Ihnen die Lage zu beschreiben.

We have recognised that difficulty, regardless of our ambitions, and as a Presidency we have returned to it many times, at many meetings -we will return to it again at Sunday's conclave -but I am here to tell you what the situation is.
